HomeLoan Partnership was established in October 2001 as one of the first mortgage networks ever to offer dedicated network services exclusively for mortgage intermediaries.

HomeLoan Partnership, is independently owned by private investors, is financially sound in that it has no commercial debt or overdrafts and meets the regulators stringent capital adequacy requirements, and is also renowned by its members for offering a personal and friendly quality service.

You may not have seen much of us in the past as we have focused on creating a high quality network rather than a national brand! In some of the most difficult trading conditions that the mortgage industry has ever seen HomeLoan Partnership has demonstrated consistent growth in net members for every quarter over the past 3 years whilst many other networks have seen contraction or only grown by acquisition or merger. In the year ended December 2010 our members grew their turnover by 80% year on year and 2011 added a further 20% growth. The network is profitable and has invested much of those profits in growth and resources for members, most lately with a new sales platform and CRM system.

HomeLoan Partnership has received recognition both as the fastest growing mortgage network in the UK* in 2009, one of the few networks to show strong net growth in 2010, as a finalist in the Best Mortgage Network category of the Mortgage Strategy Awards 2010 and improving this in Mortgage Strategy Awards 2011 with a second place, ahead of many other high profile names. This was particularly pleasing as it was voted for by members of the network and our product providers.

In 2011 we also became the highest rated network in the UK on Cherry.com, with independent feedback from existing members.

As we have grown, we have been determined in our efforts to maintain the 'feel' of a smaller and personal network with the resources, products and high procuration fees and commissions of a larger one.
