- Experienced mortgage advisers looking for the next step - You will have gained your experience working within another firm as an adviser and realised that you can now create your own business and perhaps even take on your own advisers. We can help you to establish a trading name and enjoy the profits you generate.
- Some experience & full CeMAP but not ready to 'go it alone' - Very often we meet people with good ability but less direct mortgage sales experience but still with a strong desire to have their own trading name and the benefits that go with it. We can help you to 'buddy' with an experienced firm for as long as you need to gain your confidence and fully support yourself.
- CeMAP but little or no mortgage selling experience - The mortgage industry remains one of the very best options to develop good earnings and career prospects. However, the practicality is that, in the current mortgage market, many firms are not prepared to sponsor advisers. We may be able to place you with a local firm but these positions are currently limited and you will need to demonstrate that you have a source of prospects.
